Frequently asked questions
What patients ask us most before a first visit.
Do you work by appointment or walk-in?
We prefer advance booking so we can give you enough time, but emergency cases are seen at any point during working hours.
Is treatment painful?
We use modern local anaesthetics and a numbing gel before the injection itself; most patients describe the procedure as completely pain-free.
Do you accept medical insurance?
We work with a number of insurers. Send us your policy number and we will confirm your coverage before the appointment.
How long does a whitening session take?
A single session takes about an hour and the result is visible immediately afterwards.
Can treatment costs be paid in instalments?
Yes — longer plans such as orthodontics and implants can be split into manageable instalments, agreed in writing.
What are your sterilisation procedures?
All instruments are sterilised in a class-B autoclave inside individual pouches opened in front of the patient, with barriers fully replaced between patients.
Are female dentists available?
Yes — our team includes female dentists in orthodontics, pediatric dentistry and restorative care.
How often should I visit the dentist?
We recommend a check-up and cleaning every six months, which prevents most problems before they grow into costly treatment.
